30-Day Free Returns
You may return any unopened or lightly used product within 30 days at no cost to you. There are no restocking fees or hidden charges.

How to Start a Return
To begin your return, please email us at:

Include your name, order number, and (optional) reason for return. Once we receive your request, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label. Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the carrier indicated.

Cost of Returns
All returns are completely free. FemFlora covers the cost of your return shipping label.

Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
